This is the oldest known Norway Spruce tree (Picea abies) in the Nordic countries. It was found in 1999, by Mats Niklasson and Tomasz Zielonka, near Nakafjäll in Västerbotten, Sweden. Its estimated age is between 590 and 620 years, though it could be older.
